About the Dacha
The noun "dacha," coming from the verb "davat" (to give), originally referred to land allotted by the tsar to his nobles; In some cases, owners occupy their dachas for part of the year and rent them to urban residents as summer retreats. People living in dachas are colloquially called "dachniki" (дачники); the term usually refers not only to dacha dwellers but to a distinctive lifestyle. The Eastern Europe term is often said to have no counterpart in English. But we want to fix that, and this is the first Dacha in a row of future luxury all-year-around retreats across the country.
That house in Cumberland is still under deep renovation because of almost 7 years of abandonment and neglect. We had to gut the whole place and build the new house for you. We apologize and are very sorry about unavailable options like a pool, especially the closed 2nd unit. All additional luxury options will be available later in 2023.How to pronounce DACHA?

Constructed in 1949 by the Baldwin Locomotive Works, Chesapeake & Ohio Railway steam locomotive no. 1309 was built to handle the railroad’s heaviest coal trains throughout Kentucky and West Virginia until it was retired in 1956.
64 years later, no. 1309 is undergoing a meticulous and extensive restoration to service. When complete, the locomotive will become an outstanding tourist attraction operating trains between Cumberland and Frostburg, Maryland, and the largest operating steam locomotive of its type in the world.

For example, you may ask Google to turn off the lights or close the blinds in your bedroom or dining room without hassle. ✅ All water goes through an advanced filtration system for your convenience. ✅ Fast wi-fi and a dedicated working zone in the bedroom give you an essential for unexpected (and unwanted too) e-mails from your boss. ✅ You will share the bathroom with your friends in the next King bedroom (you will need to pass the hallway)
